To ensure a successful reset, make sure that the left and right earbuds are placed correctly inside the charging case, and you should see white LED indicators, indicating a proper connection.

If the LED indicators in the charging case do not light up, please check the following:
      1. Ensure that the charging case and earbuds are firmly connected.
      2. Confirm that both the charging case and the earbuds have sufficient power.
      3. Clean the charging pins using a dry cloth to remove any dirt or debris that may hinder the charging process.

      Method 2:

    • What should I do if Liberty 4 NC disconnects or the sound is choppy?
Please note that this doesn't necessarily mean there is an issue with the earbuds but may have something to do with the connected device and environment. To fix this issue, please try the following:

      1. Make sure the charging case has enough power and the ear tips are not blocking the charging connectors on the earbuds, and reset the earbuds as per the steps below:

    • What should I do if there is a long delay between the earbuds and the device?
It's important to note that there may be a slight delay when using Bluetooth headphones, which is a common limitation of Bluetooth technology. In most cases, this delay is minimal and should not impact your experience. However, it's worth mentioning that the delay can be influenced by various factors such as the Bluetooth headphones themselves, the connected device, the audio source, the specific application being used, and even the network conditions.

To fix this issue, please try the following:
      1. "Forget" the earbuds in your device's Bluetooth history. Reboot your Bluetooth device such as your phone or computer.
      2. Make sure the charging case has enough power and the ear tips are not blocking the charging connectors on the earbuds, and reset the earbuds as per the steps below:
      - Place the earbuds into the charging case and keep the case open.
      - Press and hold the charging case button for 10 seconds until the LED indicators in the charging case flash white rapidly three times. This confirms that the reset is successful.

When resetting the earbuds, make sure the earbuds are well connected with the charging case, or it may cause the reset to fail. Make sure the Bluetooth device and earbuds are within Bluetooth range, and there is no signal interference between them.
    • What should I do if the earbuds fail to reconnect to a second Bluetooth device and manual connection attempts are also unsuccessful?
Make sure that you are not using LDAC and multipoint connection at the same time.
    • How long does it take to fully charge the earbuds?
It takes around 1.5 hours to fully charge the earbuds.
    • How long does it take to fully charge the charging case?
It takes around 3 hours to fully charge the charging case via a wall charger; 3.5 hours via a wireless charger.
    • What should I do if one side is discharging quickly?
Normally, the earbuds can be used for around 8 hours in ANC mode and 10 hours in Normal mode at 50% volume, but playtime may vary slightly based on the music content and volume. If you use the earbuds to make/receive calls, playtime will be shorter as it consumes more power than playing music.

Try the following steps to troubleshoot this problem:

      1. Ensure the protective film has been removed from the earbuds.
      2. Use a dry cloth/cotton swab with rubbing alcohol to clean the charging pins in the charging case and on the earbuds to ensure a better connection. Ensure the ear tips are not blocking the charging connectors and fully charge your earbuds.
      3. Charge the charging case with a different charging cable and wall charger and make sure the charging case has enough power. When the indicators turn off, the charging case is fully charged.
      4. Test the battery when playing music.

ANC is turned on by default. If you want to test the playtime in Normal mode, switch to Normal mode first.
    • What is Liberty 4 NC's playtime from a single charge/with the charging case?

Transparency: 8 hours of playtime for earbuds and 40 hours for the charging case.

LDAC On (ANC Off): 6 hours of playtime for earbuds and 30 hours for the charging case.
Calls (ANC Off): 4.5 hours of use.
Calls (ANC On): 4 hours of use.

Note: Battery playtime is obtained from testing in the Anker laboratory using the earbuds' default settings, in normal mode, and 50% volume. The actual playtime may vary by volume, audio source, environmental interference, usage, etc.

      1. Remove the protective film covering the charging pins on the earbuds.
      2. Ensure that the ear tips are not blocking the charging pins on the earbuds and in the charging case. Make sure that the earbuds are connected to the charging case. - Press and hold the charging case button for 10 seconds until the LED indicators in the charging case flash white rapidly three times. This confirms that the reset is successful.

Make sure the charging case has enough power and reset the earbuds as per the steps below: - Place the earbuds into the charging case and keep the case open. - Press and hold the charging case button for 10 seconds until the LED indicators in the charging case flash white rapidly three times. This confirms that the reset is successful. When resetting the earbuds, make sure the earbuds are well connected with the charging case, or it may cause the reset to fail. When you place the left and right earbuds in the charging case, there will be white LED indicators which confirms the earbuds are properly connected with the charging case. If the indicators in the charging case don't light up, please check whether the charging case and earbuds are properly connected, have enough power, and clean the charging pins with a dry cloth. 2. Try different types of music and turn up the volume on the connected device to see if it helps at all. 3. Find the most suitable ear tips for your ears, then check the bass to see if it has improved at all. If the earbuds are not worn properly in your ears, you may not experience the best bass performance. If one earbud feels stable and the other does not, try a combination of ear tips such as medium in the left and large in the right. 4. Try using your earbuds with a different Bluetooth device to see if there is a difference.

Can’t get better at the price

Bought these after owning some wired cheap headphones and I was blown away. Noise canceling and call quality is top notch. My partner and family have all bought some after I recommended them

Great overall - let down by touch control

I have decided, after much testing, to keep these. The positives:o They sound really nice, with punchy but not muddy bass. I like loud buds, and these deliver there too.o The app is superb, with so many ways to customise the sound. It has little icons for battery levels of each bud and the case.o Great build. They feel quality.o ANC has a noticeable impact. Not as good as some products, but better than nothing. I am aware of the limitations of the technology. I didn't expect miracles so I was pleasantly surprised.o Case is lovely, compact, tactile and well built. Love the push-to-open feature. It's also wireless charging. Love how the buds snap into the case. Very easy to take them out.o Quick pair works well. Take them out of the case and they start playing music within seconds.o Fit is excellent. They don't budge. The negatives:o The touch controls. Because, of course. Hasn't anybody perfected this technology yet? Triple tab often misinterpreted as double tap. Single tap often doesn't work, especially on the right bud.o Wind noise. The wind cancellation in the app is admirable, and just as well. Without it, these would be unusable in moderate wind. The wind noise can still be an issue, though, even at maximum volume.Overall, I love them, despite the negatives. I bought some Nothing Ear (a) buds at the same time, which cost £20 more, as I wasn't sure which ones I wanted to buy. The Ankers blew the Nothings out of the water in every way: better ANC, better sound, better case (which can be charged wireless), much louder, better app. The only way in which the Nothing were better was in their aesthetics. For £20 more I expect better.

    Good value

Positives: decent sound quality, reasonably long battery life, good price (£56 on promotion).Negatives: The earbuds do not sit very far into your ears. This means they feel like they could easily fall out. The little cups are made of silicone rather than foam, which is likely why they don’t work as well at blocking outside noise as Sony earbuds. Also, controlling volume is fiddly as it can only be done solely in single increments through taps; swipe gestures are not recognised.

Woah! Very impressive for the cost.

Bought these as 'cheap' replacement for my Sony earbuds which were losing battery charge after 18 months. At a quarter of the price, I wasn't expecting much but I am glad to say that I was very wrong. The sound is crisp and clear and the bass is prominent but not top heavy. I used the eq tools to find my right sound and Spotify sounds great. The blue colour is gorgeous and the touch response is better than my Sony ones (which I loved). Because of the lightness, they feel more comfortable. Not tried them on a flight yet but super happy so far - very impressed.
