I am now on my 2nd pair of A10 sleep earbuds - each one has issues where after a few weeks one of the buds loses all sound - even after following all instructions I cannot get sound back. I suspect there is a software issue how the connected earbud communicates with the other earbud, but surprisingly Soundcore do not want to have the faulty sets back to investigate, they are happy to send out new ones. The service and response from Soundcore is amazing, but after 2 sets of faulty ear buds I would rather have my money back now - this doesn't align with their T&Cs which only refund after 30 days. My 3rd set are on the way but I have absolutely no hope that they will be working after a few weeks. I see from other reviews that this is not a isolated issue and I expect Soundcore would want to find out why. As I said I am happy to send my faulty sets back - if they don't want them back to see why then they must be aware of the problem and the only fix is replacement.
I gave these ones a shot after my bose sleepbuds and amazfit sleepbuds both stopped working in one ear. Least comfy sleepbuds i’ve worn with the shortest battery life. They hurt my ears, alot, which none of the others did. Having your own choice of listening is a good feature, but not if it kills the battery life. Waste of money.. I’m waiting for the new Ozlo sleepbuds hoping they will be as good as bose or amazfit.
I was devastated when Bose stopped manufacturing their sleep buds but these are so good! Really comfy and more than a match for the Bose. And less than half the price. Winner winner chicken dinner!
I really like how small these earbuds are, and how they fit nicely into the round carrier case they come in. Really easy to transport and fit into a bag etc.
However I'm not on my second pair, and problems are arising for the second time.
The first pair I had, which I only bought in June this year, one day the right-side earphone just went dead. No volume at all. It eventually came back, but the volume on both earbuds had just gone so quiet I had to have the volume at full blast to hear anything.
So I sent them back and had another pair from Soundcore, in what was a really easy and high quality customer service experience.
The second pair arrived at the end of September, and now just two weeks later, again the volume in the right hand side has just dropped off. If I remove the left earbud I can hear the noise in the right, but it's just so faint.
Second time this has happened, when I've not done anything wrong and looked after them as they should be.
The common issue appears to be that the volume dropped after I charged them up. Before I charged them, they were both great, but after the charge the right hand side dropped out.
No idea what's going on, as I love the earphones for how they look and fit, but so far they're just not reliable at all.
I am so pleased to have finally found a pair of sleep buds that actually last all night.
My husband snores and breathes heavy and I am very sensitive to noise, and these do the job in masking the external noise. And they’re comfortable!
The battery lasts for at least 8 hours when playing the pre-downloaded white noise sounds (lots to choose from) which is all that i need them for.
There is the option to play other sounds from your phone instead which I haven’t needed yet but nice to know the option is there.
These are a brilliant replacement for my old Bose sleepbuds that stopped working.
Hoping that these will last just as long, but for the price I can’t complain as they’re half the price of Bose.
