UNBELIEVABLE customer service and good headphones

The Genuinely best customer service experience ever, fast communication, applying to personal needs, no hold time makes me want to stick with the soundcore products. As well as a great sport earbud with a small case eeven though it has the wingtip, and very good bass, the vocals arent so great out the box but can be cleared up in the eq to a very clear sound, without any probelms. Noist cansellation isnt amazing but they fit well so it doesnt really matter as the combination blocks out all public transport sound, only issue is the little buttons areent the most sturdy but not noticable unless under ridiculously heavy use. For me the IPX is also amazing because event hough i provbably dont need it theres no worry at all. One thing i will say is that the case lid opens really easiily so if it splips out of your pockets your heaadphones will go everywhere, but that shouldnt be a problem because you should take care of them. Amazing earphones and even better brand.

Good sound quality but ANC and sound isolation is poor

When they're working right, the sound quality is good. However, the sound isolation is pretty poor (at least for me) and there's no fit test function in the app. Plus, the ANC is weak, making them unsuited to a noisy gym. Worst of all, the wearing detection seems really sensitive to sweat - a real problem considering they're for working out - and there's no option to turn it off. All in all, pretty poor performance compared to other Soundcore products.

Bluetooth cuts out constantly

I bought these earphones as I previously had soundcore earphones that were great so I expected good quality. The Sport X10 are ridiculous. They work fine if I sit still inside my house. However, as soon as I go outside there is constant interference. It is worst in busy streets, passing buildings, in airports or train stations - basically everywhere you want to wear your earphones. This is not related to internet connection. It happens with downloaded podcasts and music on several different apps. It makes phone calls when you're out impossible. I contacted the company straight away as I was sure this was a fault. They were not helpful as they did not listen to the problem and instead tried to tell me how to fit the earphones in my ear. I politely explained again and they offered to send a refurbished pair as a replacement. This is completely unacceptable to me as I had paid full price for a new pair. They did in the end send the new pair but I had the exact same problem. It's clear a flaw with the technology. They are not fit for purpose. Very disappointed.

First impressions - great!

Good noise cancellation. Overall nice sound quality with excellent bass.
The only negative is you have to use a fingernail to open the charging case, the door has a crappy design and is a bit difficult to open.
