Excellent customer service

Nice headphones, great sound, fit, colour etc. I would have liked NC to work when plugged in and not just on wifi. I had a problem with them which was dealt with so promptly and kindly that I would buy from them again.

They are so good!

If you're one of the headphones nerds you probably think these are decent bare minimum headphones.
To me, they are over-the-top awesome. The color is lovely, they are quite sturdy if you don't throw them around (I keep on walking into doors and walls and they look almost brand new still despite many headbutts).
I had them in black and lost them, bought the same model in pink now. 10/10.
Quite expensive if you ask me but worth it, the battery lasts a long time, the quality of sound is good for all I know and I guess that's what headphones cost anyway. Once I bought these, the cheaper ones weren't worth it anymore.

Blown away by the sound quality of these, plus they are super comfortable to wear

Not uncomfortable and very easy to connect

The pads aren’t the cushiest, but I can wear them for several hours without getting uncomfortable. There is a bit of sound leakage but the noise cancelling is really effective! I couldn’t connect two sets of bluetooth headphones to my phone, but that’s probably not the product’s fault.
