I've got many Anker and Soundcore products - batteries, leads, plugs and headphones. The Q30s have served me well - yes, the sound (EQ) isn't the greatest, but it's a fantastic product with decent volume levels for the money (circa £55 - £65 if you time it right).
However, in a near mirror image to many other reviews, a little after the warranty expired, one of the arms developed a large crack. I thought I'd see if Anker can do anything - e.g. Repair the broken part. But, nope, I got a swift response saying tough-titty. The warranty has expired, there's nothing we're willing to do, so you'll need to buy another pair. But thank you for your loyalty to the brand!
It's really disappointing that there's clearly a known issue with the build quality, but Anker/Soundcore have failed to address and continue to sell a product that, even when handled with care and kept in the travel case when not in use, has a known and critical issue.
