Terms and Conditions for AeroClip

The sponsor of the bonus is Anker Technology (UK) Ltd. ("Sponsor") of GNR849 Clarendon Road, Watford, Hertfordshire, England, WD171HP.

By completing the registration, Registrants agree to these rules (the "Official Rules").

Eligibility

Registration and Subscription are only open to (a) legal residents of the United Kingdom at the time of registration, and (b) those who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of the sponsor, any third party engaged by the sponsor in connection with this event, and all of their respective parent, affiliated, and subsidiary entities, as well as their directors, officers, employees, and agents (collectively, "Event Entities"), and each of their immediate family members (e.g., parent, child, sibling, spouse, stepchildren) and any persons living in the same household as them, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter the event (EVEN IF REGISTRATION IS COMPLETED DURING THE EVENT PERIOD, THIS TYPE OF REGISTRATION DOES NOT QUALIFY FOR THE BONUS).

Bonus Qualification

The bonus qualification associated with the Registration and Subscription is:

A chance to receive a £39.99 discount code for the purchase of AeroClip and Anker Nano Power Bank (30W, Built-In USB-C Cable) (valued at £39.99).

Limited quantity. Only available while supplies last.

The bonus carries no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be substituted by any recipients. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the bonus with a bonus of equal or greater value in case of unavailability or force majeure, at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

How to Participate

The Registration and Subscription begins on 3rd March 2025, 08:00 AM (GMT), and ends on 12th March 2025, 11:59 PM (GMT) ("Event Period"). To qualify for the bonus, eligible participants must register with their email at https://www.soundcore.com/uk/aeroclip-open-ear-earbuds and subscribe to our newsletter (which can be unsubscribed from at any time) to reserve a registration bonus qualification for the Anker Nano power bank valued at £39.99. All registrations must be successfully completed during the Event Period. Any registration made after the Event Period will be void. Participants must have a valid email to register. Registrations submitted via any other means will not be accepted. Participants are limited to one registration per person.

How to Get Bonus

The discount code will be sent via email to participants starting from 13th March 2025, 8:00 AM (GMT) when the product launches, alongside detailed instructions on how to apply the discount code. The bonus can ONLY be applied to the purchase of AeroClip at soundcore.com/uk or amazon.com/uk from 13th March 2025, 8:00 AM (GMT) to 31st March 2025, 11:59 PM (GMT) ("Order Period").

Participants need to add both an Anker Nano power bank and an AeroClip to their shopping cart, then enter the code on the checkout page to receive £39.99 off the order.

Each AeroClip order can use the code only once.

If participants do not place an order for AeroClip during the Order Period, their bonus qualification will be cancelled and void.

Return and Exchange Policy

If participants return a purchased AeroClip, they must return all items, including the Anker Nano power bank, in order to receive a refund. If participants only return a purchased AeroClip and not the Anker Nano power bank, they will not receive a refund. If participants exchange a purchased AeroClip, they can do so without returning the Anker Nano power bank. The complimentary Anker Nano power bank cannot be returned or exchanged individually.

Releases and Limitation and Exclusion of Liability

By completing the registration, Participants agree to release and hold harmless the sponsor, and the Event Entities (collectively, the "Released Entities") from (a) any loss or damage arising from or in connection with their participation in this event or the acceptance, use, or possession of the bonus (other than those warranties or conditions implied by statute and which cannot be excluded); (b) the accuracy or otherwise of any description or illustration of the bonus; (c) any loss, damage, non-availability or late receipt of the bonus or any communication associated with this event; and (d) any fees, charges, taxes, or other costs which the entrants may be required to pay in connection with the bonus.

The Released Entities further disclaim liability for, and entrants assume all risk of illness, injury, damage, or loss suffered by the entrant or any other person relating to or resulting from participation in this event or the acceptance, use, or possession of the bonus.

The Released Entities will not be liable for failure or delay in delivery or performance of their obligations under this official in the event of any unforeseen cause beyond their control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation, or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure. The Released Entities are not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Official Rules and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this event shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
