COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This competition is jointly promoted by Anker Techology (UK) Ltd, registered in England and Wales, with registered address at 39 Clarendon Road, Watford, Hertfordshire, England, WD17 1JA ("soundcore"); and NEOM Organics London Limited, registered in England and Wales, with registered address at Central House, Beckwith Knowle, Otley Rd, Harrogate HG3 1UG("NEOM Wellbeing") (together, "the Promoters").

2.1 This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over at the time of entry.

2.2 The following persons are not eligible to enter: employees of soundcore, NEOM Wellbeing, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, agencies, and the immediate family members of any such employees.

2.3 By entering this competition, you confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria above.

3.1 To enter, visit https://www.soundcore.com/uk/sleep-a30-special-sign-up and complete the entry form during the Competition Period set out in clause 4. No purchase is necessary to enter.

3.2 Limit of one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

3.3 Incomplete, illegible or fraudulent entries will be disqualified. The Promoters accept no responsibility for entries lost, delayed or not received.

The competition opens at 09:00 (GMT) on 13 March 2026 and closes at 23:59 (GMT) on 27 March 2026 ("Competition Period"). Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

5.1 There are two (2) prizes available. Each winner will receive:

Total approximate prize value: £285.99 per prize.

5.2 Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative prize, except where required by law.

5.3 In the event that any specified prize item becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Promoters' reasonable control, the Promoters reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

5.4 Your statutory rights are not affected.

6.1 Two (2) winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Competition Period. The draw will take place on or around 28 March 2026.

6.2 Winners will be notified by soundcore via the email address provided at the time of entry within five (5) working days of the draw date.

6.3 Winners must respond to claim their prize within twenty-eight (28) days of the date of the notification email. If a winner does not respond within this period, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoters reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

6.4 The Promoters' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7.1 Entering this competition does not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications from either soundcore or NEOM Wellbeing.

7.2 If you would like to receive marketing emails from the Promoters, please indicate your preference at the point of entry by selecting the relevant option(s):

7.3 Consent to receiving marketing is entirely optional and will not affect your entry or your chances of winning. You may withdraw your consent at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any marketing email or by contacting us at [unsubscribe/contact email].

8.1 Personal data collected in connection with this competition will be processed by the Promoters for the purpose of administering the competition, including contacting and verifying winners.

8.2 Your data will be processed in accordance with Soundcore's Privacy Notice. Please read these policies for full details of how your data is used, your rights, and how to exercise them.

8.3 Entry data will be retained for a period of [e.g., 6 months] following the close of the competition, after which it will be securely deleted, unless you have separately consented to receive marketing communications.

9.1 The Promoters reserve the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this competition at any time due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control or where required by law, without prior notice.

9.2 The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who they reasonably believe has breached these terms and conditions, acted fraudulently or in bad faith, or tampered with the entry process.

9.3 The Promoters accept no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in this competition or from acceptance or use of a prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded or limited by law.

9.4 This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform through which it may be promoted.

9.5 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
