Terms and Conditions

By participating in this Promotion, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. The Promotion

1.1 This promotion is initiated and managed by Anker Technology (UK) Ltd., registered at 39 Clarendon Road, Watford, Hertfordshire, England, WD17 1JA, United Kingdom (hereinafter referred to as the "Promoter").
1.2 The Promotion is run in partnership with Tomorrowland as the Official Global Exclusive Partner.
1.3 This Promotion is conducted specifically for the Irish market.
1.4 The Promotion offers eligible participants the chance to hold the prize described in Clause 6 below.
1.5 All physical prizes will be shipped only to valid physical addresses within the Republic of Ireland. Virtual prizes will be delivered via email.

2. Promotion Period

2.1 The promotion begins on 1 July 2026. Entries must be completed before 11:59 PM UTC+1 on 7 July 2026 (the "Closing Date"). All entries must be submitted before the Closing Date. The timestamp displayed by Instagram on the entry shall be the sole determinant of when the entry was made.
2.2 The prize holder will be selected at random by the Promoter using a third-party giveaway platform from all eligible entries after the Promotion Period ends. The platform will verify that each eligible entry has completed the entry requirements set out in Section 4. All eligible entries, whether submitted via Instagram tag or via the Alternative Method of Entry, shall be pooled and subject to the same random selection process. The Promoter will use Wask (www.wask.co) as the primary third-party platform. If the primary platform becomes unavailable, experiences technical failure, or is otherwise unable to complete the draw, the Promoter reserves the right to switch to App-Sorteos (app-sorteos.com) as the backup platform to conduct the random draw and verify eligible entries. The Promoter will record the selection process (including screen recording or equivalent) and retain such record for at least 90 days after the prize is awarded.
2.3 The Promoter is not obliged to publish the selection process, but may do so at its discretion upon reasonable request.

3. Eligibility

3.1 The promotion is open to natural persons who are legal residents of the Republic of Ireland, and who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
3.2 Participation for trade, business, or professional purposes (including commercial purchasing or bulk buying) is strictly prohibited.
3.3 Employees, officers, directors, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) of the Promoter, Tomorrowland, and their respective affiliates are not eligible to participate.
3.4 Participants must have a valid Instagram account and be able to receive direct messages on Instagram.

4. How to Participate

4.1 The Promoter invites eligible participants to log in to their Instagram account and complete the following steps to participate:
  • Tag a friend in the comments of the designated promotional post on the official @ankerofficialie Instagram account.
Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without tagging a friend, send an email to Hailey1.Meng@anker.com with the subject line "Anker x Tomorrowland IE Giveaway Entry" and include your full name and email address. One entry per person. AMOE entries must be received before the Closing Date.
4.2 Participants are encouraged to spread the word by also completing the following steps, though these are not required for entry:
  • Following @ankerofficialie
  • Liking the designated promotional post
  • Sharing the post to their Instagram Story
4.3 Each Instagram account is limited to one (1) entry. Completion of tagging a friend in the comments of the designated promotional post automatically confers one entry. Multiple entries from the same individual (whether via the same or different accounts) will result in disqualification of all entries.
4.4 In addition to the main prize draw, the Promoter will offer a bonus prize to two (2) entrants based on a separate engagement-based selection process. The two (2) comments that receive the highest total combined number of organic likes (as counted by Instagram at the Closing Date) will each receive the bonus prize described in Clause 6. The Promoter will take a screenshot of the comment section at the Closing Date to record the like counts.
4.4.1 The Promoter reserves the right to disregard likes that it reasonably suspects were generated by bots, fake accounts, like-exchange groups, or other artificial means. The Promoter's determination of organic versus artificial likes shall be final.
4.4.2 In the event of a tie in like counts, the comment posted earlier (as determined by Instagram's timestamp) shall rank higher.
4.5 The use of any automated scripts, macros, bots, or systems designed to generate entries is strictly prohibited. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant reasonably suspected of using such methods.
4.6 No purchase or payment is required to enter or be selected. Tagging a friend constitutes a non-monetary social action and is the primary means of entry. However, an Alternative Method of Entry is available under Clause 4.1. AMOE entries receive equal treatment in the random draw and have the same odds of winning as entries submitted via Instagram. Proof of sending the AMOE entry is not proof of receipt by the Promoter. For the avoidance of doubt, participants may enter via Instagram tag OR via AMOE, but not both. If the same individual enters through both methods, only the first valid entry received (as determined by timestamp) will be counted.

5. Anti-Abuse

5.1 The Promoter reserves the right to verify participants' eligibility. If a participant is found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions (including, but not limited to, the use of fake accounts, automated means, or multiple entries), the Promoter reserves the right to cancel that participant's eligibility and reclaim any prize already awarded.
5.2 The Promoter reserves the right to take legal action against any participant found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

6. The Prize Details

6.1 The following prizes are available:

6.2 The prize does not include round-trip transportation to/from Belgium, accommodation, dining, visa fees, travel insurance, or any other personal expenses. The prize holder is solely responsible for arranging and bearing all such costs. The prize holder should ensure they hold a valid passport and any necessary travel documents before accepting the prize.
6.3 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any element of the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control make the original prize unavailable. The Promoter's decision on any such substitution shall be final.

7. Odds of Being Selected

7.1 The odds of being selected depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

8. Prize Holder Selection & Notification

8.1 The prize holder will be selected at random by the Promoter from all eligible entries at the end of the Promotion Period.
8.2 The draw is expected to take place on or around 8 July 2026. The selected entrant's Instagram username will be published on the @ankerofficialie Instagram account on that date.
8.3 The Promoter will attempt to contact the prize holder via Instagram Direct Message from @ankerofficialie. If the Promoter is unable to deliver the Direct Message due to the prize holder's account settings (e.g., DMs restricted to followers only, account set to private), the Promoter may also attempt to contact the prize holder by tagging them in the comments section of the designated post.
8.4 The prize holder must respond within 24 hours of the Promoter's first notification to confirm acceptance and provide the following information required for prize name registration:
  • Full legal name (as shown on passport or government-issued ID)
  • Date of birth
  • Email address
  • Any other information required by Tomorrowland's prize system
The Promoter will only use this information for prize fulfilment purposes and will process it in accordance with Section 10.
8.5 If the prize holder fails to respond within 24 hours, or is found to be ineligible, or fails to provide the required information, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and select an alternate prize holder using the same random selection method. The alternate prize holder confirmation process will conclude no later than 9 July 2026 at 12:00 PM UTC+1.
8.6 The prize holder may be required to provide proof of identity and proof of eligibility (including proof of age and residency) before claiming the prize.

9. Prize Delivery

9.1 The prize holder must be aged 18 or over at the time of entry and prize delivery, and a legal resident of the Republic of Ireland. Identity and eligibility verification will be completed before the prize is issued. The Promoter may request reasonable proof of identity.
9.2 If the original prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.
9.3 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
9.4 Once the prizes are issued and bound to the prize holder's identity in Tomorrowland's system, the prizes must not be resold, transferred to any third party, or used for any commercial purpose. Any violation of Tomorrowland's official prize rules may result in the prizes being invalidated by Tomorrowland, for which the Promoter shall not be liable and will not provide compensation or alternative prizes. The prize holder is responsible for reviewing and complying with Tomorrowland's prize terms.
9.5 Festival Disclaimer: The validity and use of the prizes are subject to Tomorrowland's official terms and conditions. If the festival is:
  • Cancelled (wholly not taking place): the Promoter's sole obligation shall be limited to using reasonable efforts to obtain a refund from Tomorrowland and passing it on to the prize holder. No additional compensation will be provided.
  • Postponed to a later date: the original prizes shall remain valid for the rescheduled dates. The Promoter shall not be liable for any costs incurred by the prize holder as a result of the postponement.
  • Materially changed (e.g., significant reduction in duration, change of venue to a different country): the Promoter will assess in good faith whether to offer an alternative prize of comparable value, but shall not be obliged to provide cash compensation.

10. Data Protection

10.1 The Promoter will process your personal data (such as name, Instagram username, contact details, and prize registration identity information) strictly for the purposes of administering this Promotion, verifying eligibility, and delivering the prize, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR) and the Data Protection Acts 1988–2018 (as amended) of the Republic of Ireland.
10.2 Personal data collected from participants (including Instagram username, and from the prize holder: full legal name, date of birth, and email address) will be used solely for the purposes of administering this Promotion and delivering the prize. Data will be retained for no longer than 12 months after the conclusion of the Promotion and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for prize fulfilment (e.g., providing the prize holder's name to Tomorrowland for prize registration).
10.3 Participants have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port their personal data, and to object to processing. 11. General Conditions

11.1 The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate this Promotion at any time if circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent the Promotion from proceeding as planned. If the Promotion is terminated before the draw, the Promoter will post a notice on the designated promotional post. Any modification or termination after the draw has taken place shall not affect a prize holder who has already been selected and notified.
11.2 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, or not successfully submitted due to technical or other reasons.
11.3 The Promoter is not responsible for any tax liabilities that may arise from acceptance of a prize. Prize holders are solely responsible for all applicable taxes.
11.4 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, the Promotion website, or any associated app, or who acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
11.5 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant believed to have breached these Terms and Conditions.
11.6 In the event of any dispute regarding participation or these Terms and Conditions, the decision of the Promoter shall be final and binding, subject to the participant's right to seek redress through the courts of the Republic of Ireland.

12. Publicity

12.1 The prize holder may be asked to consent to the Promoter's use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes. Such consent will be sought separately after prize acceptance and is not a condition of receiving the prize.

13. Governing Law

13.1 These Terms and Conditions and this Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland.
13.2 Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Ireland.
13.3 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall restrict or exclude any mandatory rights that participants are entitled to under applicable law.
