Why can't I pair Motion+ with my device?

1. Clear all the pairing records on your device. 2. Turn the Bluetooth on and off on your device. 3. Hold down the Bluetooth and Volume+ button at the same time for 5-10 seconds until Motion+ restarts. 4. Search for Motion+ in your device's Bluetooth menu and pair.

What should I do if the sound cuts in and out in stereo pairing mode?

1. Avoid placing any electronics devices in between the two Motion+ speakers when they are in stereo pairing mode. 2. Ensure the distance between the two speakers is no greater than 16 ft /5 m. 3. Put the master speaker on the right and the secondary speaker on the left.

How do I connect Motion+ to a MacBook or Windows laptop?

MacBook: 1. Open 'Bluetooth' in settings and find 'soundcore Motion+' in the list of available devices. 2. Connect Motion+ to your MacBook. 3. Open 'Sound' to confirm that the Motion+ is the default for all sound. If it is not the default, change the settings. Windows Laptops: 1. Open 'Bluetooth' in settings and find 'soundcore Motion+' in the list of available devices. 2. Connect Motion+ to your laptop. 3. Best speaker I have owned, with equaliser and at this price spuds as good as speakers 3 times the price.

Great Sounding Speaker.

This is a great sounding speaker and worth the price.
The sound quality is very good and it gives great instrument separation.
Not the bassiest portable speaker as in sub bass but a nice punchy tight bass.
Great for movies and music.
If you push the Bass Up button it goes to a pre-set equaliser setting and overrides the custom setting that can be adjusted in the app, so to get the most out of the speaker it is best to use the custom equaliser as this is the loudest and clearest setting.
Long battery life and charges fast.
Overall, worth the price especially if on sale.

It’s not a high end product but emits high end sound.

For the price, this is a good product and I highly recommend. The red color is dope and high quality through and through. The battery life could be better. Be warned it’s loud. I was surprised, I heard things in the speaker that my high end towers do not reveal. Good job TRIBIT

Does what I bought it for . Best poss sound over bluetooth when fed from quality source.

QUALITY HiRes sound with aptX over bluetooth when connected to a quality source. Simply amazing playing my Hires streams.. Has an excellent supporting app with custom eq setting available.. use this to get best sound. Portability was not on my buy list as quality sound from my streamer in house was priority. However it can easily be moved around but I would not put it in backpack....don't think its intended for this. Do you really need a hires speaker on the beach!?!?.
Total value for money and beats many others at twice the price...BUY IT..
