Bluetooth signals may be influenced by obstructions such as walls, pillars, home appliances, Wi-Fi, and more. To ensure a stable connection, we recommend avoiding such obstructions. To fix this issue, please try the following: 1. Fully charge and reset your earbuds as stated below and pair them again: - Place the earbuds into the charging case and keep the case open. - Press and hold the button on the charging case for 10 seconds until the LED indicator on the charging case flashes red 3 times. This confirms that the reset is successful. 2. Check the earbuds by listening to downloaded music/video. 3. Check the earbuds with another Bluetooth device in a different environment to see if it works well.

What should I do if there is a Bluetooth related issue (cannot be paired / disconnected) when connected to a computer?

1. Can A3i be paired with multiple devices at the same time?

This feature is currently not supported. If you want to pair A3i with a second device, please use one of the following methods: - Turn off Bluetooth on your current device so the earbuds enter pairing mode. Or 1. Place the earbuds back into the charging case and keep the lid open. 2. To enter pairing mode, press and hold the button on the case for 3 seconds until the LED indicator flashes white quickly. Great sounding and long lasting

Having used these now for 15 months, I have had more than enough time to compliment them as phenomenal little earbuds. Being a wired headphones purist and audiophile, I have always been sceptic about moving to bluetooth.My S20 is my first phone without the headphone jack, and after attempts to juggle a usb-c 3.5mm converter, I decided to try these out for simplicity sake.First impressions, wow these are light. They fit snug for myself with the standard fit plugs, but come with smaller and larger options.They sound surprisingly decent, with a strong sounding bass, and well defined throughout. I like a nice flat response In my music, and through the very easy to use Andriod app, found the Acoustic preset sounds the best, rolling off some of the boosted bass and highest end, giving a quite flat soundscape with seemingly perfect dynamics, using 24Bit FLAC as a source file through the Bluetooth 5.2 compression.First few weeks of daily use, the battery lasts long enough for extended use, and the case keeps them topped up, I rarely notice them being out of battery. With my usual day consisting of anywhere between 2-4 hours of use, I could go a week or 2 at best without needing to charge the case. The best part is the battery capacity has not changed a great deal over the 15 months of use and still provides plenty of usage time between charges.The case is rugged and strong enough for daily use and chucked in for storage in my sidebag, and has proven to be quite scratch resistant for now.It's noise cancellation is a welcome touch, however I tend not to use it, as I find it struggles with wind cancellation, and adds a hollow sounding noise floor in these modes. I don't think this will be the same reaction from most people, as I tend to over-focus on small details like this.Overall, I love these, and am looking at venturing into the next model up for LDAC, but for useage when out and about, I find absolute audio perfection is not achieveable nor as necessary due to outside background and movement noise, so these do a stunning job for the daily walks.
